Status Updates

• 4/30/2026 @ 10:30 PM - Core servers on BOSE have been rebooted, along with most computational servers. While the cluster overall is back up and running, we are at reduced capacity while we wait for running jobs to complete over the next few days.
• 4/30/2026 - Due to a security issue found with our underlying OS, BOSE and all its associated web services will be rebooted tonight around 10:00pm. During that time, access to the cluster may be unavailable for 15-30min while fixes are being applied.

Upcoming Maintenance Periods

To keep our systems up to date for both security and feature enhancements, all of our systems undergo a scheduled maintenance period two-three times a year at times we have indicated as having the least impact to our users. Note that these dates are subject to change and a 30 day notice will be emailed to all active users.
